Swim Lessons - Preschool Stage 3: Water Stamina

For Preschool age children who can swim 10 yards unassisted with their face in the water and without a flotation device. In stage 3 students learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance and also rhythmic breathing and integrated arma nd leg action.
