Understanding Templates in Layout Builder

In this video, we'll jump into the world of templates and Layout Builder, focusing on how they can help you in your development process.

A few important highlights we want to make sure you take away from this video tutorial:

• Each Content Type on your website gets its own Template *
• The more work you put into the template, the more work you'll save yourself in the long-run
• Be sure you set your template first. Trying to add or remove things from a template later (ie - changing the structure) can create more work for yourself

* The most common Content Types to begin with are Landing Page (Layout Builder), Branch, Camp, Camp Subpages, Facility, Program, Program Subcategory, Article (Layout Builder), Event (Layout Builder).  Other content types (for example "News Post, Membership, Session") won't need a template, simply because those items don't ever display on their own page.  They are shown on other pages or not displayed at all.
